Burke Mtn Fire Station

In 2013 Unitech Construction Management, on behalf of the City of Coquitlam, had contracted MAREX to perform the civil works for a new Fire Station located at David Ave & Princeton Ave.  The works undertaken comprised of clearing & grubbing, bulk excavation & removal of 40,000m3 dense glacial till, erosion & sediment control measures for a steep hillside environment, CIP & modular retaining wall construction, site servicing, detail building excavations, backfills & trenching, slab preparations, parking lot & exterior surfacing installations right through to rough grading for landscaping.
