STRAITON ESTATES STAGE 2
The Project
Straiton Estates is a 2-stage development on Sumas Mountain in Abbotsford, BC consisting of 42 single-family homes. MAREX was contracted to complete stage 2 for 16 of the 42 homes accessed only through a narrow corridor. Extensive earthworks, retaining walls, roads & utilities were performed in an area surrounded on all 4 sides by environmentally protected areas.
