The Project
CIPE Homes is a phased development by Epic Homes in Maple Ridge, BC consisting of 143 single-family homes. MAREX was contracted to complete phase 4 of the offsite roads & utilities for all 47 lot segments, including large-diameter concrete stormwater detention piping and box culverts.
