Quantum Properties built this 3-storey professional office building located in Historic Downtown Abbotsford. MAREX was retained to perform the excavation & shoring of a single-level underground parkade along with detail footing excavation & backfills, under-slab trenching & backfilling, slab-on-grade preparations, and offsite infrastructure upgrades at a heavily trafficked intersection.
