Mountain Falls is a 31 unit, single-family home development from Ratzlaff Sumas Ventures Ltd. Perched on the side of Sumas Mountain in Abbotsford, BC. MAREX was retained to perform extensive earthworks & retaining walls, road building, culvert installations, and lot servicing. The steep hillside terrain posed constructability challenges that were overcome with experience and ingenuity
